♥ New Timetables
Right. It's 2009 now, but I guess this is one last thing I can do for you all. Have a great 2009, please don't waste your time, start preparing for the O Levels this year. They keep pushing the O Level's back, I think you'll start taking O Levels in Mid-October next year!
So, all the best once again. If you see each other, remember you had 2008 together. And remember that for better or for worse, we were 2E3 once.

♥ Farewell
Hi 2E3,
Thanks for hanging out with me the past ten months. I've learnt a lot from you, and I hope you have learnt from me too.
Whatever happens next year, remember you had this year together, and that you still have each other.
As parting words, I wish you all the best, and hope you remember to have compassion and consideration for others around you.
May you always be fun-loving, enthusiastic and exuberant.
Peace out...
Ms. Eunice :)

♥ English EOY
Paper 1: Composition and Situational Writing
Part 1: Composition. (30 marks) Write about 250 - 350 words. You will be given 5 different topics. Choose one. The topics are text types you have learnt before, for example, narratives, expositions, descriptive writing etc.
Remember: To score for this part, you need a 'clean' essay - watch your grammar! Use the suitable words. Don't keep using common words like 'nice', 'good', 'said' etc. Use 'exemplary', 'pleasant' or 'retorted' if possible.
Part 2: Situational Writing.Write about 200 words. (30 marks) It is a factual recount, so it can be anything from writing a report about an accident you witnessed, an event in your school etc. Examples are: police reports, witness accounts etc.
Remember: Task fulfillment is important. You MUST include all the points the question asks you to include.
Paper 2: Comprehension. (50 marks)
Comprehension, plus summary.
Remember: When completing the vocabulary questions, do take note of the tenses. Keep to the original tense of the word which you are tested on. Also, when a question asks you to USE YOUR OWN WORDS, follow instructions. You will not get the mark if the answer is not in your own words.
All the best! We are going to be FREE soon!!

♥ Newspaper Report Assignment
Dear Class,
When you are typing out the report, please be careful of the spacing and wording. Some of you have typed out the entire report in one column without realising that spacing runs such that the words you typed first cannot be seen. Make sure all your words can be seen.
Make the font size smaller if you cannot see all the words. Continue the report in the next columns.
Access this URL if you have typed out the URL but cannot get to the website.
